I love good banana bread as much as the next person, but sometimes I can’t help but feel there is something missing. Like streusel. Or peanut butter. Or some magical combination of the two. I have been baking like crazy lately, and the more I bake, the more I want to bake. It’s a good thing I don’t have to teach all week – more time to experiment in the kitchen!
