Love your site and what you’re doing. Great to see you’re using Asian influences in your cooking. Head on over to my blog for some ideas on veggies. Cate – Congrats! Finally a web site with recipes that I spent hours just browsing (and putting on the menu for the week)! I travel a lot and half of what I like to do is eat and cook everything along the way. (fried bamboo worms in Thailand). You’ve got a fan in Breckenridge, Colorado!

Wow, you are so lucky! I got bit by the travel bug in high school and went to Croatia and Brazil. Then I got married and had a baby– that kind of puts things on hold. Have fun teaching in Korea!
