These look delicious, Cate. I love serving ice cream sandwiches at casual parties. No matter what, every single adult breaks out a smile when they hear “ice cream sandwiches”. This flavor combination ups the class factor without taking away any of the childhood memories of drippy, yummy ice cream sandwiches!
