I have been DYING for you to post a recipe for this. It’s one of my favorite Thai dishes, and one I always recommend, but I don’t have an authentic recipe, and I never know where to send people when I recommend they make it!

Yum! I looooove this salad. It is a standard in our Thai take out. I never would have thought to attempt it myself. I can’t believe how easy it looks!
